I am currently Professor of Applied Microeconomics and Director of the Choice Research Centre (CRC) at the University of Leicester School of Business.
I am the founding Coordinator of BEE-UK, the network of Behavioural and Experimental Economists based in the UK.
Before joining the University of Leicester, I was Associate Professor of Economics at the Nottingham School of Economics and Deputy Director of the Centre for Decision Research and Experimental Economics (CeDEx).
My main research interests are in the areas of behavioural and experimental economics, and I am particularly interested in topics such as creativity, the science of doing science and reproducibility; robustness of preferences; social identity, cohesion and norms; equity, diversity and inclusion. I have published a range of papers, including articles in the American Economic Review, the Economic Journal, Experimental Economics, Management Science, and the Review of Economics and Statistics.
